Control the Project Management is now essential, however, many practices greatly hinder the realization, through ignorance and lack of rigor. The course objective is the assimilation of fundamental concepts.

The Project Management involves:
- A clear view of the trigger initial steps leading to the delivery of the project purpose
- Knowledge of methods and tools needed
- The entrepreneurial. "skills".

The course consists of 9 sessions of 3 hours. The plan is as follows:
Experience shows that the assimilation of the course is greatly facilitated by case studies or simulations of very concrete content. In addition, real projects are of great variety, nature, size and challenge. Nevertheless, and contrary to ideas too widespread, the concepts and methods are identical. The pillars are: rationality, prediction, multidisciplinary, teamwork.
The Project is essentially a tool for change, so he must defeat the opposition it aroused.

The course is given to students who must read it chapter by chapter, following the progress of the case study.

The common thread is a case study throughout the session:
- The theme includes the main components of a project: industrial equipment, real estate, organization, training.
- The theme enables a first practical approach, without requiring specialized expertise.
- The steps give coherence to the instruction given.
- Each step is concluded by a report. The analysis and critique of these reports allow an assessment of assimilation and progress actions.
- Students work in small groups, and must pass the "group" in "team

Evaluation mechanism : The validation of this course is by examination (2 h).
