The pratical education at Saint-Etienne is mainly based on projects (20h and 40h in second year, then 80h in third year) but also includes seven labworks in optics:
- photometry
- polarization
- propagation of light in scattering media
- polarizing microscope
- laser
- Haso
- Zygo
